Foraging Workshops & Events Fall 2018

East Coast friends, join me for foraging workshops in Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan September 8th through October 14th! You can register via the Book A Tour link on the left of this page, or by emailing me and letting me know which date you’re interested in. Children under 12 are welcome to join us for free so long as they are accompanied by an adult. Signed copies of my book Northeast Foraging will be available if you let me know in advance that you want one. (Or bring your old, dog-eared copy for me to sign — I love seeing that my books are being put to good use!)

For my friends in the Midwest, I am delighted to be returning as an instructor to the Midwest Wild Harvest Festival September 21 – 23. Other instructors include Sam Thayer and Ellen Zachos.

I’ll also be teaching at the New York Botanical Garden and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden in September and October, so be sure to check out their calendars as well.
